At the top of the stairs a passage opens to one side onto and apartment with large living room and dining area, with a kitchen set off to the side. A staircase leads up to two small bedrooms.

To the other side of the passage is a second apartment with living area, kitchen and two bedrooms on the upper level. The owners currently use the property as one unit and use the second living room as the main bedroom.
